Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be totally obsessed with your new gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all occult packaging intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free of pet hair or makeup.

• 3.
  Print & Post

  Download your prepaid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our coven receives your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to inspect the items and issue your refund or store credit.
